Maude Barlow- Claims UN Will Protect Canada’s Water- Is She Lying? UN, World Bank, IMF & WTO Are ONE.
I remember distinctly passing out printed information in the streets of Owen Sound in the fall of 2009, warning people about the hazards of vaccines. A member of the Council of Canadians in the City of Owen Sound felt that my information that was well researched, sourced and supported by scientific data (I might add) was not appropriate for me to be delving into, as she felt I should not be addressing any issues of a political nature that were not officially sanctioned by the Council of Canadians . I quickly pointed out to the concerned Council of Canadians (COC) member that my concerns were indeed legitimate and that because I was not a member of the COC that I was free to think and act on my own accord as opposed to being limited by a group think mentality or perhaps better stated , “The Controlled Opposition.”
From 2006 to 2008 I was a strong supporter of the COC in Owen Sound and beyond. I went to their meetings with devotion and inspired locals to attend their meetings and rallies. I participated in, helped organize and promote their events and even attended major national/regional formal meetings. I felt things were going wrong when the COC officially declared that, “The North American Union was a delusion of the far right extreme.” At least 19 state legislatures in the USA have formed official policies condemning the forming of a North American Union, which by the way is scheduled to come into effect in 2010! Many local COC members have tried to convince the National Chair PERSON of the COC Maude Barlow to consider adopting the phony state sanctioned terror attacks of Sept 11 as a COC issue worth challenging. 9/11 is the pretext behind Canada’s on going military OCCUPATION of Afghanistan, which is actually ran by the International Security Assistance Force, which contrary to most people’s knowledge is a branch of the United Nations. Canada’s participation in the Afghan war is on paper not supported by the COC, yet Maude Barlow, their national Chair PERSON is a head level member of the UN. Here is where it all seems to get a little suspicious as Maude and the COC refuse to address the 9/11 issue and more.
In the fall of 2008 Maude Barlow was the featured speaker at the Owen Sound Bay Shore Community Centre. The focus of her presentation was the use of bottled water. Many locals were disappointed that a figure of her stature and influence would not speak about the multitude of other issues that are facing us as or nation is being destroyed by globalization and economic sabotage, all with help of crooked politicians, wannabe elected types like the Green Party and destructive influences of the United Nations and its vast array of membership organizations.
What was really the tipping point for me to break my support for the COC is when Maude Barlow became a senior member of the United Nations. According to the COC’s quarterly publication Canadian Perspectives, “Maude Barlow received the prestigious honour of being named Senior Advisor on Water Issues to the UN… Maude will be working with UN President Miguel d’Escotto Brockmann.” According to a book available at the Owen Sound titled The Jesuit Mystique, Brockmann has close ties to the Jesuit Order. The Jesuits are a secret society that pose as pious Christians, but according to my research have been kicked out of almost every nation in Europe at some point for their criminal, murderous and genocidal activities. Adolf Hitler was empowered by the Jesuits and fashioned his party after the Jesuit Order, who’s leader is Adolfo Nicolas– often referred to as, “The Black Pope” The Jesuits were officially sanctioned by the Catholic Church in 1540 to counter the Protestant reformation of Martin Luther that started in 1517. The Jesuits are perhaps the most dangerous secret society on the face of the earth. The following is a quote by Adolf Hitler;

Brockmann is a Nicararguan diplomat who was part of the Communist Sandinista Movement that was dedicated to bringing about a Marxist society in Nicarargua. Brockmann claims to be champion of the concept of water being a human right, much like Barlow. If anyone understands what communism is all about, it means that the government owns everything and the people own nothing. Ms. Barlow, I beg to ask you how Canadians are supposed to trust you , Brockmann and the UN to ensure that Canada’s water remains the Dominion of the People of the Dominion of Canada?
During Ms Barlow’s presentation in Owen Sound in 2008 I questioned her directly in a post presentation public question and answer period. “According to my research Ms. Barlow, The World Bank, The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and The World Trade Organization (WTO) are all part of the United Nations,” was the starting point of my inquiry to Ms. Barlow.

- Maude Barlow Chair PERSON of the Council of Canadians insists that Canadians consent to the UN for protection of our water. The UN watched 800,000 people get murdered in Rwanda in 1994 and refused to let Canadian Peace Keepers stop the slaughter.
Barlow has been a critic of the World Bank, IMF and WTO on several issues. More over for their supportive policies and funding of water privatization projects worldwide. In response to my statement at her presentation in Owen Sound Ms. Barlow publicly denied any connection what so ever between the World Bank, IMF and WTO and the UN.
Until recently the World Bank’s official website published that the bank was actually an organization within the UN. More recently I consulted Blacks Law Dictionary 8th Edition (Available at the Owen Sound Public Library) which defines the World Bank and IMF as organizations within the UN. The same book connects the WTO with the UN indirectly with the GATT Treaty or General Agreement on Tariffs & Trade which was originally formulated by the UN. These entries are significant because Law Dictionaries carry definitions very specific to courts of law, these definitions are often considered lawfully binding.
Upon further research at the publicly owned Owen Sound Public Library, I discovered a book titled, Basic Facts About The United Nations. In this particular literary gem I found a flow chart on pages 23-24 which groups the World Bank, WTO and the IMF as, “Principal Organs of the United Nations” The interesting thing to point out is that this publication is an official release of The UN News & Media Division.
So as far as I am concerned when Ms Barlow indicated to me that the World Bank, The WTO and the IMF are not part of the UN, she was lying! Furthermore to trust the UN to ensure Canada’s water is protected by accepting an adoption of an Official UN Covenant on Human Rights to Water is nothing short of preposterous! If we as Canadians consent to the UN regulation of our affairs as we already have in many sectors, our national sovereignty will eventually be eliminated. When Ms. Barlow claims that she is protecting our right to our water in Canada, and that she is against privatization of public water systems, water bottling and mass water exports I would question her because she is working for the same people who are making all this privitization possible. All of this activity cloaked in phony environmentalism and crisis invention is another way to invoke fear in the public. If the public is in fear then they can be controlled.
In an article published by Maude Barlow and Tony Clarke in 2004 criticizing the World Bank, the following was written, “The impacts of the World Bank and IMF structural adjustment programs on countries in the south have been well documented… However less is known about the World Banks latest obsession WATER PRIVITIZATION. Lending over $20 Billion to water supply projects, the World Bank has been the principle financier of water privatization projects in the last decade, with the majority of loans going towards the conversion of public water systems as condition for the transaction.” The very poor people of Bolivia were hit hard when the public water system in Cochabamba, the nation’s third largest city was privatized as per a condition placed on them by the United Nations World Bank! The privatization of this urban water system in 2000 put the price of water out of reach to the people of that city resulting in civil unrest, violence and even death. The same people who are telling Canadians they must consent to the UN to protect their water resources are actually stealing from nations all over the world. The proverbial cat is out of the bag Ms. Barlow. The UN is bad news as we will see in the following paragraphs.
In an article written by Maude Barlow in 1999 titled, Who’s in charge of the global economy? The following I quote…
“Once a WTO ruling is made worldwide conformity is required, a country is obligated to harmonize its laws or face the prospect of perpetual trade sanctions or fines,” So if Ms Barlow is so critical of the WTO why is she working for the UN, the same organization that runs the WTO? Codex Alimentarius (codex) - The United Nations Food code uses the WTO to enforce its standards. According to my research this Codex has countless very nefarious mandates for the world’s food supply, including imposing maximum nutrient consumption levels on humans and re-classifying nutrients as “Toxins”. Codex calls for a full worldwide imposition of an exclusively genetically modified food supply on humans. This my fellow Canadians is coming from the same UN that Ms. Barlow would like us to trust to protect Canada’s water supply from privatization, pollution and other exploitation. Codex has meant that many people in Europe are now having to get a perscription to acquire such elementary items as vitamin C, this has also resulted in retail price increases of monumental proportions for numerous natural health products.
Human rights are bestowed upon us by our great creator, not the state and certainly not the tyrannical and deceptive UN. I hear by officially condemn the United Nations as a threat to the well being, safety, health and standard of living of all Canadians. As a society we must institute a strong body of concerned patriotic Canadians that will protect our nation, our national resources and its people from foreign exploitation. It is blatantly obvious that many organizations and individuals that claim to be our benevolent protectors are in fact the conspirators of our demise. Our current national and provincial governments have fallen into full obedience to the World Government ran by the UN. We the people must institute in good faith a society that is moral and caring. Ms Barlow you may have had good intentions at one time indeed, but it is very apparent your direction has been altered by your dark masters at the UN. Not unlike our corrupt Prime Minister Stephen Harper whom, you criticize (and I do too) As far as I am concerned you are not to be trusted with the best interests off Canadians.

You had a presentation in Owen Sound, Ontario in the fall of 2008. At that event I publicly questioned you about your involvement with the United Nations. I was under the impression that the Council of Canadians and yourself were committed to preserving national sovereignty. The UN Purpose/ true agenda and Preserving Canada’s nationhood are like oil and water, they do not mix. Either you support Global Government or you support a Free and Independent Canada- there is no middle ground- where do you stand?
At your presentation I poignantly indicated to you publicly that according to my research, The IMF, WTO and the World Bank are all members of the UN. I have done some more research into that issue and I have found some official publications from the UN that without question support my above statement with regards to the World Bank etc. being “Organs of the UN”. You publicly denied that these organizations are part of your UN- I have proof quite to the contrary.
You claim that the World Bank is directly responsible for financing massive water privatization projects worldwide, yet you are working for the same people. You question the WTO and criticize them for imposing their will on us, yet you are working for the same people? You have numerous publications were you are criticizing the World Bank, yet they are your masters!
There is a definite conflict of interest here!
Let’s get one thing out in the open, The UN is dedicated to destroying the national sovereignty of almost every nation on this planet. They are able to control everything because they run the media, the banks and the wars– Please explain to me how the UN is going to save our water in Canada for Canadians from foreign exploitation as a result of Canadians consenting to UN deceptive declarations and covenants? UN seeks to significantly reduce the world’s population re : Eco Earth Charter– why should they care about Canadians?- We have been classified by the UN ”as useless Carbon Dioxide Emitters” as per the IPCC “Man Made Climate Change Hoax.”
The UN is a murderous, criminal organization, Rwanda, The former Yugoslavia, The Belgian Congo, Cambodia are examples of many places that have seen tyranny at the hands of the UN or through chosen inaction by the UN.
This nation is dire trouble- We are lead by traitorous government and much of the resistance movement appears to be no better. I am tired of watching my fellow Canadians lead around like sheep by leaders of so called “Resistance Organizations” that are doing nothing to protect this nation and its people from demise by globalization. AS usual an outstanding thing of beauty - this article. I have been dubious about Maude for support of bottled water, but she supports fluoride in the drinking water. She knows and I know that fluoride kills people. As a matter of fact new studies now tell us that Krill (food for whales) is HIGHLY polluted with fluoride, this puts the whales in a situation where they will become extinct- due to our councils putting tons of fluoride in water, most of which ends up in rivers, and in the sea. People we are at war - and we do not know it. My question - when are YOU gonna do something about it ?
