 Canada, often referred to as, “The Greatest Nation on Earth.” I got some bad news for you sunshine, all is not well and our nation  is going to Hell! There’s one in the parliament he don’t look right to me, are there really traitors in the parliament today? If I had my way I’d have all of em &%$#!!

Will The Queen and or Canada’s Constitution Save us From Global Government?

 

 

                 Yes, indeed! I would have all of em arrested, charged, prosecuted and if found guilty by an impartial trial conducted by WE THE PEOPLE of Canada they would be imprisoned for their treasonous escapades. For the seditious follies meant to destroy Canada carried out by our provincial and federal elected officials and not to mention many of the various unelected appointees, I would have them all lined up against the wall if we had a just political system that allowed us to do such a thing. If you are Canadian, and you have not heard of the North American Union or Fascist World Government, then you better, “stand still laddy,” and understand that there are certain politicians who would give away your nation in any way they could. We don’t need no dark sarcasm in secret chambers as our leaders beat up our freedom within inches of our lives.

Former deputy Prime Minister of Canada John Manley published a book in conjunction with the US Council on Foreign Relations called Building a North American Community—  In this book is the blueprint for a North American Super State composing of what is now Canada, USA and Mexico into a union similar to the European Union (EU). One of the more prominent quotes from that book is as follows, “We propose by 2010 a community to enhance security, prosperity and opportunity for all North Americans. The boundaries of the community would be defined by a common external tariff and outer security perimeter. Within this area the movement of people and products would be legal, orderly and safe.” This particular book and its agenda are about the dissolution of Canada into what is commonly referred to as the North American Union (NAU). This is not a conspiracy theory, as at least nineteen US State legislative assemblies have issued official declarations stating their opposition to the NAU– Where is our trusty Bruce Grey, Owen Sound MPP Bill Murdoch when we need him? Canada as we know it is about to end and many have no clue, others thinks it’s conspiracy theory and then there is the camp that BELIEVES that Queen Elizabeth II and Canada’s Constitution will prevent the usurpation of Canada into the NAU– How can you eat yer pudding when you don’t eat your meat? In other words how can you trust the Queen or the “Crown” when they hold no accountability to you?

Canadian Parliamentarian Walter Kuhl  (served as MP 1935– 1949) argued that, “Canada is a nation without a CONSTITUTION.” Similar to myself, Kuhl was often hit with character assassinations, but nobody could refute his stand. In fact if we look at the British North America Act (BNA) the defining statutory legislation passed by the parliament of the United Kingdom in 1867 that created Canada– it bears little or no resemblance to a Constitution at all. In fact Canada’s official independence was never fully declared from the British Monarchy. Instead of establishing Canada as an independent nation as many Canadians have been lead to believe, all the BNA really did was take the four original colonies of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and form them into a super colony. History seems to repeat itself because if you really look deep in to things, the USA really never ceded from monarchial rule either re: Virginia Company 1606 and the US Code. In a similar fashion the US and Canada are still colonies now being amalgamated again into a super colony known as the North American Union.

Unam Sanctum— in other words the Roman Empire claims ownership over everyone in the world and everything in it. This is the truth, and unless we deal with the truth we will never solve any problems in Canada. This is not directed as any kind of hate towards Catholics. If I say Barrack Obama is a criminal, I am not stating hate against negroes or Americans in general, I am just speaking the truth. In turn if I indicate that Canadian Prime minister Stephen Harper is a criminal, I am not attacking white people or Canadians– I am speaking the truth.

Ever since the Prorogue or suspension of Canada’s parliament that went through January and February of 2010, many people in Owen Sound and across Canada have vented their concerns by rallying in the streets. Many rally participants shout slogans like, “Go back to work PM Harper.” Another woman in Owen Sound carried a sign indicating that the “Conservatives need to go.”  Conservative, Liberal, NDP or even Green Party– it matters not. These politicians are actors, performers and portrayers. Harper is not running the country, Our nation is ran by private corporations who are empowered by the true seat of World Power and that is in the Vatican City. King John, who was forced to sign the Magna Carta in 1215, made a pact to sign away all of England and Ireland to the Roman Empire two years prior to signing the Magna Carta.  The Roman Empire is covertly still alive and well in the Vatican City and dominates the affairs of our government– The Roman Empire has a stated goal of Unam Sanctum or full ownership of everything and everyone. Canadians need to understand that the Magna Carta has been largely repealed in Britain and it holds no promise of Human Rights protection for Canadians. In fact the Magna Carta was designed to give rights to Barons and other elite individuals not common people.

Former Canadian PM Paul Martin, former US president G W Bush Jr. and former Mexican President Vincente Foxe signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) in secret without parliamentary review, opposition party input, nor public oversight in 2005. This document and its agenda put the whole NAU plan in gear and it looks like it will likely come into full fruition at some point in 2010. We may still see our red and white Canada flag and be able to watch the Trailer Park Boys for years to come, but any true concept of nationhood for Canada will continue to erode. The BNA or the Constitution of Canada stipulates nothing that prevents our elected officials from signing international agreements with foreign nations without public oversight, prior knowledge or even consent by our representative Members of Parliament (MPs) In fact section 16 of our Constitution or BNA states the following, “Until the Queen otherwise directs the seat of  the government of Canada shall be Ottawa.” Keep in mind this pseudo– constitution that Canada has, not only allows the Queen to alter the seat of Canada’s government to anywhere she desires and it does not stipulate that our newly chosen capital needs to be in Canada—but it also is the same law that allowed the Governor General to suspend our parliament at the beginning of 2010. Couple that last constitutional abomination with article 11 of The US Articles of Confederation which allows Canada to join with the US as one. It is important to understand the difference between the US and USA, The US refers to a corporation as opposed to a  nation. Canada in turn was registered as a commercial corporation with the US Security and Exchange Commission in 1935. Our nation is registered as a privately traded corporation right next to Canada Dry Bottling Company of Florida USA.

 The overarching problem with Canada’s system of government is that our leaders hold no lawful accountability to their constituents. All elected officials, police military and similar are sworn in with an oath of allegiance to the British Monarchy or “Crown” with no reference to the Canadian people, constitution nor protection from enemies foreign and domestic. This lack of allegiance to Canadians by our “electoids” and public protectors  is a blatant indicator of the foundational short comings that are indeed the prime ingredients in the recipe of government unaccountability in Canada. All this producing an undemocratic culinary abomination of monumental proportions that I simply refuse to digest! 

Many Canadians argue that the “Queen” or the “Crown” are the protectors of some notion of Canadian Constitution and Canadian Independent Sovereignty. Since the end of World War II up until today the process of globalization in Canada has reached mammoth proportions as the Queen or Crown sits by idly as Canada becomes usurped in an incremental agenda towards a One World Government.

 

In 2001, former Deputy Prime minister of Canada, Paul Manley indicated his support for a Canadian Republic where the Head of State for Canada would be an elected individual born in Canada as opposed to the Queen or more directly at this point an appointed Governor General. I feel changing Canada to a republic and devising a Constitution that holds our elected officials 100% lawfully accountable to the Canadian people is essential if we are going to solve any of our problems. On the other hand we must be conscious of traitors like Paul Manley (a prime player in the NAU agenda) who seek to railroad the  Canadian Republic movement from its goal of redefining Canada as a showcase of democracy, freedom and independence to one even more subservient and disempowered by foreign monarchs, multi-national corporations and World Government.

It is important to understand that the North American Union concept has little or nothing to do with conventional democratic principles with regards to the popular will of the people, nor public oversight and consultation for that matter . The NAU is based largely on Corporatism—a system where private corporations form government, they are unelected and of course totally unaccountable to any citizenry. Corporatism according to the Italian dictator Benito Mussolini (Hitler’s ) is directly equivalent to Fascism. Subsequent to the SPP signing in 2005, the Presidents of  Mexico and of the USA and PM of Canada, have met in secretive forums annually known as North American Leaders Summits. The only other individuals present at these closed meetings are executive representatives of usually ten or so of the most lucrative corporations that operate in North America. These corporations often include Walmart, Home Depot, Merck Pharmaceutical and Lockheed Martin and more. These corporations in a non-democratic forum are dictating policies that they want implemented by our government to protect their profitability with no regard for public health, welfare of workers and even the environment. This type of system is precisely what the North American Union is all about, ensuring corporate profitability while eliminating laws that protect people’s health, workers rights, national sovereignty and much more.

Will the Canadian Constitution protect us from corporatism? Well in section 10 of the BNA or CONstitution, the governor General may carry out the following without parliamentary nor public oversight; The Provisions of this Act referring to the Governor General extend and apply to the Governor General for the Time being of Canada, or other the Chief Executive Officer or Administrator for the Time being carrying on the Government of Canada on behalf and in the Name of the Queen, by whatever Title he is designated. In other words a Corporate CEO could be undemocratically appointed to be Head of State of Canada without any election nor public debate, just like the suspension of parliament in early 2010.

Section 20 of the Constitution was repealed in 1982 by the enshrining of the Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedoms. The section once read as follows;  There shall be a Session of the Parliament of Canada once at least in every Year, so that Twelve Months shall not intervene between the last Sitting of the Parliament in one Session and its first Sitting in the next Session. Section 5 of the  Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedoms of 1982 deceptively struck down that section and replaced it with a similar guideline that not only mandates that our federal parliament is only obliged to convene once a year, but now our provincial legislatures are likewise only required to convene once a year. A North American Union parliament has already been formed. When the people become frustrated with our current system which seems to be moving towards a parliament that is less and less active, I feel many will foolishly consent to a North American Parliament or World Government to manage our affairs. Canadians can thank  Secret Society Connected Former Canadian PM Pierre Elliot Trudeau for that Constitutional Abomination!

With regards to Queen Elizabeth or the “Crown” protecting Canada from the North American Union one has to look no further than the actions of the Queen in her very own realm– Britain. The Queen has final say over all legislation passed in Canada through the appointed Governor General, so does she in a similar fashion in Britain. In fact the Queen has stopped legislation from being passed to outlaw the sale of raw milk in Britain according  to Owen Sound area raw milk farmer Michael Schmidt. Schmidt is being prosecuted for 19 charges pertaining to sales and distribution of raw milk by the “Crown.” Many of Schmidt’s milk consumers report improved health from consumption of his raw organic milk and in turn fail to see the how the “Crown” is acting in the people’s best interest by criminalizing Schmidt and raw milk. So strongly does Queen Liz feel about her right to access raw milk that she used her royal prerogative to halt any plans by the British government to pass legislation that would outlaw the sale and consumption of it. However, it is obvious that Queen Liz is not nearly as concerned about the sovereignty, independence and freedom of her homeland as she has signed away Britain to the European Union Fascist Holy Roman Empire II. If Queen liz really cared to protect the British identity as an independent nation then she would have not given royal assent to the European Communities Act of 1972 which has lead to the incremental dismemberment of a once fiercely and proudly independent nation of Britain. So why would Queen Liz rush out to save Canada from being swallowed by the North American Union? The Queen has no accountability to Canadians and according to the Constitution of Canada it is very apparent that the last official monarch over Canada was Queen Victoria who died in 1901. Canada’s Constitution or BNA was amended in 1893 through the Statutes Revision Act to eliminate any concept of Victoria’s royal “Heirs and Successors” assuming the monarchy over Canada (re: sect 2 of the BNA repealed in 1893) Canada, like most of the world is directly ran from The Vatican, whose true masters live elsewhere– Northern India from what I understand (more research required) 

 

 

 

Brits are now faced with an eventual full removal of their treasured system of Common Law which is being replaced by an EU court that can by pass such well guarded legal foundations that the Brits fought so hard to win that include Habeas Corpus and the right to a jury trial . The Canadian system of law is also based on the Common Law concept and we are losing it incrementally as the Queen spends more time travelling and dining than anything else.

Why would the Queen or the Crown as she is referred to, save Canada? Canadians need to save Canada, relying on a foreign monarch to save Canada is like leaving a fox in charge of a hen house. The Queen Elizabeth endorsed Treaty of Lisbon allows EU special military/police forces to have jurisdiction over Britain. The British Constitution and Bill of rights are being replaced in Britain by an EU Charter of Fundamental Rights. Why would the monarchy or “crown” rush out to protect any fundamental rights of Canadians when she won’t even do it for her own people? The EU will take away power from labour unions and impose Europe wide taxes. Time to wake up sleepy Canada– we must make a stand on our own or we will lose everything!

Several organizations are at the helm of transforming Canada, USA and Mexico into a North American Union. These organizations include The Trilateral Commission, The Council on Foreign Relations and the Bilderberg Group. All these organizations work from behind the scenes to manipulate the Canadian government into the One World Government Agenda. These organizations include politicians, royalty, media moguls, bankers and industrialists from Europe, North America and Asia. Their members include such names as Rockefeller, Kissinger, Rothschild, Zbigniew Brezinski and many of Canada’s former PMs including the current one Stephen Harper. The stated goal of these organizations in one way or another is the systematic dismantling of all nation states in favour of a World Government. If you think the current form of government is corrupt and racist, relax these new guys are not prejudice, they treat everyone like slaves regardless of race or ethnic back round. All three of the above organizations are derivative organizations of a secret society known as the Knights of Malta. Queen Liz and her husband Prince Philip are both members of the Knights of Malta.

Knights of Malta are a ruthless organization that are at the highest realms of power across the world. They operate outside the realm of media scrutiny as they ultimately run the corporate media. Rupert Murdoch, Ted Turner and Conrad Black and many other media and entertainment moguls are key members of the Knights of Malta. The Queen, like all other members of this institution is under oath to carry out certain tasks. The following is a set of excerpts from The Knights of Malta Oath of Allegiance;

 

“I do now denounce and disown any allegiance as due to any heretical king, prince, or State, named Protestant or Liberals, or obedience to any of their laws, magistrates, or officers.” “I do further declare that the doctrine of the Churches of England and Scotland, of the Calvinists, Huguenots, and others of the name of Protestants or Masons to be damnable, and they themselves to be damned who will not forsake the same.” “I do further declare that I will help assist, and advise all or any of His Holiness’s agents, in any place where I should be, in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Ireland, or America, or in any other kingdom or territory I shall come to and do my utmost to extirpate the heretical Protestant or Masonic doctrines and to destroy all their pretended powers, legal or otherwise.” This above in bold print is part of the official oath Queen Elizabeth took when she was accepted as “Dame of the Knights of Malta.” Please allow me to draw your attention to the fact that the oath mandates “disowning allegiance to any STATE.”  Many people believe that the Queen is some “Defender of the Faith” when it comes to the Protestant realm of Christianity– well if you are a Christian and a Loyalist to the Queen, you might want to familiarize yourself with whom you are placing your allegiance to. I have little concern for Masons, as they are more part of this whole problem than anything else, but perhaps through understanding of the oath and agenda of the Knights of Malta, you Sons of the Mother of Darkness might see the light and reform yourselves. Masons are considered expendable along with Protestants by the Knights of Malta. These excerpts are available in the US Government Congressional Library. More Highlights of Queen Liz’s oath include;

“I do further promise and declare that I will, when opportunity presents, make and wage relentless war, secretly and openly against all heretics, Protestants and Masons, as I am directed to do to extirpate them from the face of the whole earth; and that I will spare neither age, sex, or condition, and that will hang, bum, waste, boil, flay, strangle, and bury alive these infamous heretics; rip up the stomachs and wombs of their women, and crush their infants’ heads against the wails in order to annihilate their execrable race. Is someone who is under an oath like this trustworthy to save Canada from a North American Union? Is the very “Crown” that is beholden in this abomination worthy of our allegiance as Canadians? I personally find this morally repugnant!

  The Queen of England as a Dame of The Knights of Malta pledges to…”I do further promise and declare that I will have no opinion or will of my own or any mental reservation whatsoever, even as a corpse or cadaver (perinde ac cadaver), but will unhesitatingly obey each and every command that I may receive from my superiors…”

If we as Canadians want to save our nation, our future and our freedom, we must take it upon ourselves to rebuild our broken nation. Depending on a pseudo-constitution and a defacto Monarch to save Canada is unrealistic and foolhardy.
