Owen Sound Free Press requests that all local authorities in the Grey Bruce Owen Sound area consider taking a vow to protect the people in our area from the advancing New World Order. This New World Order threatens to rob Canadians of all their property,human rights and freedoms. The very sovereignty of our nation and security of our people is at stake and unknown to the police and military many are unwitting agents of this agenda.

The Editor and Chief Reporter of The Owen Sound Free Press Doug Schapira asks specifically that both the Chief of Police for The Owen Sound Police Tom Kaye and Lt. Colonel Wayne Bruce of The Simcoe & Grey Foresters (local militia unit) seriously consider an oath of protection of the people of Owen Sound and area. WE THE PEOPLE look to these leaders for protection of Life, Liberty and Security of the Person as the global economic conditions slowly begin to decay along with our local economy. This orchestrated collapse of the world economy will lead to turmoil- civilians, police and military must work in trusting harmony to avert violence and tyranny– this is critical.

I furthermore request that as many civil servants as possible in our area consider adopting an “Oath of Allegiance” to protect the people. Please help in establishing a vanguard organization in Owen Sound and area of civil servants including firemen, emergency services, Ministry of Natural Resources and more that will both protect us from tyranny and refuse to follow any orders to impose it. Please pass on the Oath Keepers idea to as many people as possible.

Oath Keepers; US Military Servicemen Vow To Protect American Citizens & Refuse To Follow Orders That Impose Martial Law In America.Many alternative media news sources are embracing a new organization in the USA, known as the Oath Keepers as good news in the struggle to defeat the New World Order that is rapidly encroaching on us. The Oath Keepers are an organized association of regular and reserve military personnel, police, firemen and veterans who have taken an oath to not carry out any orders that violate the constitutional rights of their fellow Americans. We as Canadians may in fact may want to consider following the initiatives of our neighbors to the south as militarized police state measures are incrementally being imposed on Canadians– often slowly and many in secret, as not to alarm us.

US military personnel unlike their Canadian counterparts are not sworn allegiance to some unaccountable foreign monarch– in particular Queen Elizabeth II. US soldiers and other service people are sworn to, “Defend the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.” US military personnel are sworn to defend perhaps the greatest protection of human rights ever devised.

Obviously the US Constitution as with any guarantee of rights for Canadians has become less and less something held sacred by BIG GOVERNMENT that runs these nations. Oath Keepers are a response to the potential of Martial Law being imposed as the entire world falls in to a state of orchestrated financial collapse. If you are looking for confirmation of what I am saying in perhaps the Toronto Star, CTV or even the CBC, unfortunately you will likely not find anything. Canada, like the USA is becoming a fascist dictatorship. Control of the media and other forms of communication through censorship of issues like Oath Keepers is an integral part of developing a totalitarian fascist society– if you have not heard about the Oath Keepers until now it is due to this very reason– The mainstream media is a Propaganda Apparatus!

Upon the request of several members of the local community in Owen Sound, I am asking that people review the following articles that the US Oath Keepers have instituted within their organization which by the way has membership all the way through the rank structure up to Lieutenant Colonel. It is important to remember that service personnel are people too and ultimately most if not all, would not like to impose martial law, intern civilians and or kill civilians in their homelands.

Oath Keepers pledge; “We will not obey orders to disarm the American people.” I, myself am a pacifist and know that war is wrong, however the disarming of civilians of firearms has long been a precursor to tyranny. Adolf Hitler disarmed all the citizens in Germany prior to imposing his tyranny. Prior to the Rwandan genocide in the mid 90s ethnic Tutsi tribal people were disarmed by government officials prior to the slaughter of approximately 800,000 of their people. There must be a balance of power between the people and their government– as government has always and continues to be the greatest threat to the very lives of the people they govern over. The current US Administration under the highly deceptive leadership of Barack Obama seeks to impose an incremental ban on firearms. It is important to realize that the overwhelming majority of firearm related crimes are carried out by illegitimate gun owners with unregistered weapons, not by law abiding, legally authorized firearm owning citizens.

Oath keepers pledge; “We will not obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American People” On January 29, 2009 Bill C-6 passed first reading in Canadian Parliament—if passed, this bill would allow authorities to search and seize a multitude of property owned by Canadians, merely according to the “belief” that something they may have may be of some danger to the public. A warrant to search a premises is only a phone call away as an inspector can arrange to have a judge decide to allow him or her to seize conceivably everything you own if by some remote chance the vitamin tablets in your pantry could kill someone. Canadians would be wise to discuss this potential with anyone they know in government, Health Canada or any other civil authorities and encourage them to pledge to the Canadian people not to immorally confiscate their property and to obey the laws of trespass.

Oath Keepers pledge; “We will not obey orders to impose martial law…..” In the Dec 2008 edition of the Owen Sound Free Press it was reported that numerous internment facilities have been built across the USA to detain large concentrations of people in the event of an “Emergency.” These facilities are often referred to as FEMA Camps (Federal Emergency Management Agency) These facilities feature rail access, tall perimeter fencing and many more ominous reflections of Nazi era concentration camps. Simply google the phrase “FEMA CAMP” and see the multitude of information on this topic. There are many unconfirmed indications that similar facilities may exist in Canada , particularly in rear areas of some of our military bases. The economic downturn we are facing is an orchestrated “World Depression.” Once people are faced with food shortages, losing their homes and in turn the fact that we have all been the victims of a very cruel agenda to plunder and pillage all the private property, land and natural resources of our nation through an economic collapse there will likely be civil unrest. It isimportant that the people themselves abstain from violence and become pro-active in preparing for these issues by storing food and becoming self sufficient on a community and family level. We must not give our authorities any viable reason to intern us and in turn again be pro-active by insisting that they act in the people’s best interest at all times.

Oath Keepers; “Will not obey any orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on US soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or “maintain control.” According to an article in one of the more reputable internet news websites— www.globalresearch.ca - published in March of 2008– Canadian Air Force Lt. Gen. Marc Dumais in conjunction with US Gen. Gene Renault signed an agreement on Feb. 14, 2008 to allow American troops to deploy on Canadian soil. This agreement received almost ZERO mainstream media attention, in fact initially the Canadian federal government insisted that the agreement did not exist. The interesting dynamic with regards to this agreement is that it was essentially legislation that was passed by military officials as opposed to elected parliamentarians. Is this martial law? I will let you be the Judge!

American troops are now legally authorized to deploy on Canadian soil in the
event of a flood, forest fire and among other things a “Terror Attack.” It is important to remember that a multitude of evidence could easily prove that the terror attacks of Sept.11, 2001 were a 100% orchestration of the US government. It is painfully obvious that these attacks were carried out to legitimize the invasion of nations like Afghanistan with the blessings of the highly corrupt United Nations. It is indeed possible that another terror attack of a “false flag” similar to the 9/11 attacks on US soil could be orchestrated to legitimize deploying US troops into Canada. Foreign troops are more likely to rape,pillage and murder Canadians than our own troops. The Chinese government used Mongolian troops to beat up, arrest and kill Chinese protestors seeking nothing more than human rights in 1989– during the Tianamen Square freedom protests. We as Canadians must insist that our servicemen refuse to allow American, foreign or UN Troops on Canadian soil.

Throughout history tyrannical empires have used foreign troops to impose martial law over the people they govern. The very deceptive current US President Barack Obama has passed the US National Service Bill which requires youth to fulfill national service in a variety of ways. Concerns that this legislation may actually be a Draft in Disguise were first brought forth during Obama’s Presidential campaign. In July of 2008 Obama openly announced, “ We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We need to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong and just as well funded.”

It is important that we convince our servicemen to not allow a draft here in Canada which would facilitate martial law. Canada has in fact conscripted men to war in the past. In 1918 25,000 Canadian conscripted soldiers were forced to the front lines in Europe during World War I. In 1944 the Canadian Government conscripted 17,000 men and forced over 2400 of them overseas during World War II. It is important to understand the same financial powers that are orchestrating the current Global Economic Depression are the inheritors of the estates that were built by their forefathers that financed both sides of both world wars. War will continue to be a source of investment return for the elite bankers that really run the world.

It is also important to understand that Canada has interned its citizens and residents into concentration camps upon several occasions. 850 German settlers were detained at Camp Petawawa, Ontario during the second world war. These people were part of a migration from Germany to Canada in 1876. Most had never been in Germany and were falsely accused of being Nazis. Japanese and Italian immigrants were detained into concentrationcamps in Canada during WWII with no proof or even incident to legitimize this. 75% of these detainees were indeed Canadian citizens. Many of these detainees lost their properties and were never compensated for their loses and suffering. DuringWorld War I 8579 Ukrainians were forced into concentration and forced labour camps in Canada. Ukrainian detainees were forced to work in public infrastructure and logging operations in Quebec and Ontario. Much of the Banff National Park in Alberta was constructed with this forced labour. Ukrainianswere kept on in the logging industry until 1920– two years after the end of WWI as their forced unpaid labour was a bargainfor corporations running those operations.

Oath Keepers; “Will not obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.” I believe Canadians would be wise to ask that our servicemen and women to consider the same. Speak to your friend who is a police officer, fireman, ambulance driver or other similar public servant. We must work together to avert this police state–we must not come in conflict with each other.

Most people who become police and enter the military want to serve the public and fulfill their duties in accordance with morality and true justice. We all have a moral obligation to not follow orders, laws, regulations, declarations, agreements and more that do not comply with the sacredness of human life. Government and laws that enforce immorality must be stopped as they are indeed criminal. Disobeying orders from those who ultimately seek to impose such harm is a strident duty we must all serve. Owen Sound Free Press in conjunction with a contingent of community members in Owen Sound are asking that police officers, local military members and other service people involved in law enforcement and regulation compliance to consider augmenting their oaths of office to ensure the people of Owen Sound and area are fully protected from peril. Please pass this idea on in your community. It is becoming increasingly obvious that Canada, as with most other nations of the world is facing a loss of sovereignty and devastating Economic Depression.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) openly states that they plan to shut down the sovereignty of nations like Canada through total collapse of our economy. WE THE PEOPLE must avert a catastrophe, we seek the protection of a moral and constitutionally compliant armed forces, police force and various other enforcement and civil protection agencies. We see indications of a militarized police state being formed in the USA and even Canada. Particularly in the USA, Soldiers are being used to patrol the streets, search civilians and carry duties normally restricted to the jurisdiction of police. Some US residents have been interned into holding camps after losing their homes due to economic conditions in a place ironically called Ontario, California.

An organization has formed recently in the USA called the Oath Keepers. This particular organization is composed of mostly active police officers, military service people and similar professionals concerned about recent developments in their nation that indicate that an incremental elimination of people’s rights and freedoms is being implemented along with a burgeoning militarized police state. The Oath Keepers according to my research are comprised of a patriotic council of men and women who vow to refuse any orders from their superiors to impose any immoral and or unconstitutional measures on the people they are sworn to protect. The Canadian people need assurances that their protectors will act in the best interests of the civilian population at all times, as it is apparent that the forces of globalization seek to plunder every man woman and child of their rights, freedoms, personal property,right to health care, shelter and access to food and natural remedies of their choice. It is imperative that WE THE PEOPLE have an understanding with particularly our police and military that we should not be considered the enemy and that they have a responsibility to protect us first and foremost.

Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. both highly successful leaders in civil justice, understood that in order to avert tyranny and massive civil unrest they needed to be proactive, non-violent and lead mass movements of well informed and motivated people. In light of recent events unfolding globally I feel it is prudent to request that not only leaders and commanders take a moment to find out about Oath Keepers of Canada, but also their subordinates. More over, Oath Keepers of Canada would ideally like to see everyone affirm an oath to one another. The following is a tentative collection of vows that I hope all will consider adopting. These vows are not carved in stone and I encourage community dialogue to institute a standard oath that would be universally accepted by ideally everyone– not only police and military. 1. We will not obey orders to conduct warrantless and or unlawful and immoral searches and property confiscation
of the Canadian people. We will obey the laws of trespass and respect private property.
2. We will not obey orders to detain Canadians as “Enemy Combatants” or subject them to military tribunal.
The law of Habeas Corpus must be upheld along with Miranda Rights.
3. We will not obey orders to impose martial law on Canadians, states of emergency can not justify immoral
and unconstitutional treatment of Canadians.
4. We will not obey orders to blockade communities turning them into concentration camps.
5. We will not obey any orders to intern Canadians into concentration camps or similar under any pretext
6. We will not obey orders to allow foreign troops of any nature to deploy on Canadian soil to carry out an
occupation of any part of our sovereign nation or to impose unconstitutional or immoral measures on
Canadians. United Nations troops under “Peace Keepers” or similar guise will not be allowed on to Canadian
soil. Command of our police and military troops by foreign powers will not be permitted.
7. We will not obey orders to confiscate any property or food from Canadians. Peaceful Canadians must be
allowed to maintain responsible firearm ownership. Canadians must be allowed to access the foods, natural
health products and supplements of their choice. Crop lands, water and livestock must be protected.
8. We will not obey orders that halt the access of publicly funded health care for all Canadians.
9. We will not obey any orders that violate The Canadian Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, and The
Canadian Bill of Rights— (“notwithstanding” and escape clauses will be disregarded– rights will be protected)
Constitutional rights of Canadians must be protected first and foremost.
10. We will not obey orders that violate Canadians rights to protest, peacefully assemble and to petition or
